Equipment Return
No used product may be returned for credit, replacement, or exchange other than as provided for in J&J Communications
Limited Warranty. New, unused or uninstalled, product many be returned in original packing, including all components,
cables, software, manuals, etc, within 10 business days of invoice for credit only and may be subject to a 20 percent
restocking fee. All sales of mini-PCI cards, OEM modules, pigtails, connectors, VOIP phones, and other products as may
be noted on the respective product pages, are considered final and may be returned for repair or replacement only if
they are found to be defective out of the box. Manufacturers warranty may apply to these items.
Returns for all Ubiquiti Networks PowerStation and NanoStation products are handled directly by the factory and contacted as follows:

Return Material Authorization - All returns must be accompanied by a J&J Communications Return Material Authorization form that may be obtained by contacting J&J Communications at sales@jj-communications.net or (740)243-2717. Customer is responsible for all return freight charges.
Limited Warranties:
Appropriate Use and Selection of product, its installation and use are the sole responsibility of the customer.J&J Communications provides no skill or judgment related to the application of the products it sells.
Manufacturer labeled warranty: J&J Communications sells the products of reputable manufacturers under their respective
brand or trade names. J&J Communications makes no express or implied warranty as to such goods. Customer remedies for
defects of goods are subject to any limitations contained in their manufacturers terms and conditions to J&J Communications
and the provisions of the manufacturers warranty, either or both of which will be furnished upon request. J&J Communications
is not responsible for any warranty related issues.
J&J Communications-labeled warranty – J&J Communications warrants the product sold under its name to be free of defects in
materials and workmanship for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of invoice. This warranty does not apply to products
that: are opened, altered, or defaced; are not used in accordance with instructions and the normal intended use, or require
replacement due to normal use, natural disaster, rust or corrosion, lightning strike, power surge, physical damage to
internal or external parts. Defective items may be repaired or replaced at the sole discretion of J&J Communications.
THIS WARRANTY IS THE ONLY WARRANTY APPLICABLE TO THE GOODS PURCHASED HEREUNDER AND IS EXPRESSLY IN LIEU OF ANY WARRANTIES
OR CONDITIONS OTHERWISE IMPLIED BY LAW INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR MERCHANTABILITY OF FITNESS FOR
A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR LABOR, LOSS OF PRODUCT, CONSEQUENTIAL OR INDIRECT DAMAGE.
